We ship orders to more than 100 countries. The delivery time for your order includes two parts, processing time and shipping time.

 

Processing time begins when you submit your order to when the item leaves the warehouse. Shipping Time begins when the item leaves the warehouse to when it arrives at your location. Order processing time is done electronically and usually completed within 1-3 Business Days (Monday-Friday, but not including major Chinese holidays).

 

Delivery date is an estimate and cannot be guaranteed. Some products that can be order online may not be in stock, which possibly extends the Processing time. ARIKAMI Warehouse Team will do our best to ship your order as soon as possible so it can be delivered in a timely manner. 

 

The suggested arrival time is an estimate and cannot be guaranteed. The shipping methods listed below are guaranteed directly through the shipping carrier website. For more information, please contact the carrier directly. 

 

Please be sure to check all packages for any potential damage when receiving a product. ARIKAMI.com is not responsible for damaged products due to shipping. It is the sole responsibility of the receiving party to fully inspect the original product at the time of delivery for any potential damage.

Delivery Time: 8-12 Business Days.

Customs & Shipping: If package did not go through customs or was refused, we cannot get the package back. In this case, we will not be able to refund for your order.

EMS

Delivery Time: 6-12 Business Days.It takes nearly 15-25 business days for Italy, Colombia, Mexico, Russia customers to receive their EMS orders.

Charge: The shipping rate may vary in different periods. It's more economical to ship multiple items in one package as EMS charges on each unit of 500g.

The maximum limit of each package is 30KGS.

HK DHL Express 

Limitation:
A. PO BOX is impossible.
B. IMPOSSIBLE to ship Liquid or lithium battery cell.
C. There is 0.5% chance that it will be inspected by china customs, WHICH WILL DELAY ORDER 4-5 DAYS. It will be re-shipped out right after clearance.

Netherlands Airmail

Restrictions: Available for Most countries. Cannot ship e-liquid or batteries.

Delivery Time: 15-40 Business Days (It will take longer for Brazilian and Russian customers to receive their airmail parcel)

Customs & Shipping: If package did not go through customs or was refused, we cannot get the package back. In this case, we will not be able to refund for your order.

Charge: The shipping rate may vary in different periods. The initial charge weight is 100g, then it charges on each unit of 10g. Maximum limit of each package is 2 KGS.

UPS Express Saver

Restrictions: Available for Most countries. Cannot ship e-liquid or batteries.

Delivery Time: 4-6 Business Days (It will take longer for Brazilian and Russian customers to receive their airmail parcel)

Customs & Shipping: There is 0.5% chance that it will be inspected by china customs, which will delay order for 4-5 days. It will be re-shipped out right after clearance.

Order Confirmation Email

Soon after you place your order, we send you an order confirmation email to verify that your order has been received. In this email, you can see the order details, including the date you placed your order and your Order numbers.

 

Shipping Notification with Tracking Information 

Once we ship your order, we will send you a shipping notification email letting you know that it's on its way, along the order details listed above.   

In addition, the shipping notification includes tracking information - Tracking Number, Shipping Method, Tracking Number, Shipping Address.
